Finalized resumes will be delivered (Email Only) within 5 business days from the date when services were agreed upon.

Full payment for Resume Services are due upon completion. Full payment for any A La Carte Services are due the same day when service is performed.

An allowance for a one-time change or revision can be made within exactly 3 business days of full payment received. No allowances are applicable to any a la carte services. No extensions are allowed.

Yes, all inquiries pertaining to the services rendered can be answered. For all unrelated inquiries, an a la carte consultation will have to be scheduled.

There are no booking fees. Cancellation Policies for resumes and a la carte services require a 2-hour notice prior to the scheduled service. If no notice is provided, a $25.00 non-refundable fee is applicable. If services have begun, but not yet completed, a 25% non-refundable fee is due according to services performed. If services have begun and are completed, full payment (100%) is due upon completion.
